    Is it ok noindex for Categories for Category ?

    I am little bit confuse about Use noindex for Categories can you explain me my blog address is latest smartphone apps and I have unchecked noindex for Categories

      If your category page have no duplicate content than its no problem but if these pages contain duplicate content than its going to be a problem.

      So either you have to remove duplicate content or your have to Noindex all these pages.

      Its very sad that penguin update hit also legit bloggers and i think Google should quickly release an update version of this algo.
